micro1 is engaging Senior Accountant Experts to contribute specialized knowledge and experience to a dynamic customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness, providing insights based on established accounting standards.
• Assess and critique audit procedures, identifying gaps, best practices, and regulatory considerations for diverse business scenarios.
• Create and assess financial models, ensuring logical structure, accuracy, and actionable insights.
• Analyze and provide feedback on tax compliance practices and documentation, highlighting risks and compliance issues.
• Review a variety of legal and financial documents, offering detailed feedback on clarity, correctness, and alignment with regulations.
• Deliver clear and constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Support the development and evaluation of data sets for AI training, leveraging your prior experience with human data processes such as data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• In-depth expertise in economics, accounting, law, government regulations, and taxation.
• Substantial experience preparing and auditing financial statements.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and budgetary controls.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication for technical subject matter.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Holding or having held one or more of the following job titles: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Cost Accountant, Financial Auditor, General Accountant, Internal Auditor, Revenue Tax Specialist.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience advising on or implementing financial systems and controls.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex accounting concepts to diverse audiences.
