A live directory of paid AI training work — updated daily, every role linked to its official listing.
What this is
AI companies pay people to teach their models: writing and rating answers, labeling data, evaluating code, red-teaming, recording speech. The work is remote, flexible, and — for domain experts — often pays well. But the jobs are scattered across a dozen platforms, listings go stale fast, and search results for this niche are full of spam and dead links.
This site does one thing: every day we pull the live job boards of the platforms we track, keep only roles that are actually open, and list them in one place with pay shown wherever the platform publishes it.
How roles are vetted
- Official sources only. Every role comes straight from a platform's own public job board, never re-typed. Some boards (Braintrust) cross list roles from other companies; those are always labeled with both names. Each listing shows when we last verified it.
- Live roles only. When a role disappears from a platform's board or fills its spots, it drops off this site the same day.
- Curation is a feature. We don't list every platform. Platforms with serious worker-reputation problems — unpaid work reports, unanswered complaints — are excluded even when listing them would make us money.
- Honesty over polish. The companies page ranks platforms with the strongest reputations first, worst last.
How we make money
Some platforms pay us a referral commission when someone signs up through our link and goes on to do paid work. That's the whole business model — no ads, no fees, no selling data. Referral links never cost you anything and never change your pay; they're marked sponsored for search engines, and where a platform has no referral program we link to the role anyway.
One thing referral money never buys here: a platform's spot in the rankings, or silence about its problems.
What we're not
We are an independent directory. Beyond the referral relationships disclosed above, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any company whose roles we list — applications happen on the platform's own site, and hiring decisions are entirely theirs. In particular, we have no relationship with DataAnnotation.tech, a well-known platform in this space.
